Today is 5 days after I started promoting www.CrownsBridgesVeneers.com using my blogsite system, the blogging service for you where I post 20 times per month, promote the posts on social media sites and generate high quality patient leads via a mailing list as I wrote about in Dentistry Today, January 2008, page 118.

Today we see some achievements:

We are on page one of Google for "Richmond dental veneers"

We are on page one of Google for "Richmond TMJ"

Remember, this is after 5 days! There are sites that can't even get indexed by Google in four months.

Also, we have gotten a trickle of visitors although it is hard to see if that is from dentists like yourself going there. Nothing yet from Google and nothing yet from social media sites. Remember, Google Analytics looks at the day before, which is Tuesday, so this isn't surprising.

What results can you expect from your dental blog?

A dentist called and asked me what results to expect. That will depend of course, but the longer you have the dental practice blog, the better the results. As we post, we create keyword optimized pages for a greater and greater variety of keywords.

Remember the long tail…people search for a dentist using long sequences of keywords and as we build more and more dental blog pages, we will pick up a greater number of these keywords so the results will get better and better.

What about geography for your dental blog?

We aim to create keywords combining your community name with the dental terms. So people who look for help with TMJ in Richmond, Virginia, might say TMJ Richmond. That's the sort of keywords we build for…those that combine geography with dental terms.

Get my announcements on when we will come out with the dental blogsites. I will give you instant access to my acclaimed case acceptance and dental marketing book now in its third edition, worth $59.95 but free for you. And I will never share your info with anyone and you can opt out anytime.
